Follow these steps to install the bookmarklet. Once set up, agents click it once whenever they receive a call to start live transcription and AI suggestions.
π Drag the button above to your browser's bookmarks bar.
(If the bookmarks bar isn't visible: press Ctrl+Shift+B)
Navigate to your LiveAgent portal and wait for a customer call to come in. Accept the call as normal.
Once the customer is on the line, click the "π§ LiveSupport Capture" bookmark in your bar. A small widget overlay will appear.
Once the customer is on the line, click the "π§ LiveSupport Capture" bookmark in your bar.
The LiveSupport Capture popup will appear.
β οΈ If Chrome blocks it, click the popup icon in the address bar and select "Always allow pop-ups from this site", then click the bookmark again.
Type your name in the popup, then click "βΆ Start Customer Audio Capture".
Chrome will open a screen share dialog. Do the following:
β Click the "Tab" option at the top
β‘ Select your LiveAgent tab
β’ Check the "Share tab audio" checkbox at the bottom
β£ Click "Share"
The customer's voice is now being transcribed live. Keep the popup open.
The dashboard at cs.saevah.site shows live transcription and AI suggestions.
Click "βΉ Stop Recording" in the popup when the call ends.
