Agent Capture Setup

Follow these steps to install the bookmarklet. Once set up, agents click it once whenever they receive a call to start live transcription and AI suggestions.

Open your LiveAgent tab

Navigate to your LiveAgent portal and wait for a customer call to come in. Accept the call as normal.

Click the bookmarklet

Once the customer is on the line, click the "🎧 LiveSupport Capture" bookmark in your bar. A small widget overlay will appear.

A small popup window opens

The LiveSupport Capture popup will appear.

⚠️ If Chrome blocks it, click the popup icon in the address bar and select "Always allow pop-ups from this site", then click the bookmark again.

Enter your name and click Start

Type your name in the popup, then click "β–Ά Start Customer Audio Capture".

Share your LiveAgent tab audio

Chrome will open a screen share dialog. Do the following:

β‘  Click the "Tab" option at the top
β‘‘ Select your LiveAgent tab
β‘’ Check the "Share tab audio" checkbox at the bottom
β‘£ Click "Share"

Popup shows "🟒 Capturing customer audio…"

The customer's voice is now being transcribed live. Keep the popup open.

The dashboard at cs.saevah.site shows live transcription and AI suggestions.

Click "⏹ Stop Recording" in the popup when the call ends.

πŸ’‘ Tip: Keep the LiveSupport dashboard open in a second monitor or second browser tab so you can see the live transcription and AI suggestions while you're on the call.
